Type of Membership:
- Active: any business organization which is engaged in the business of constructing highways, bridges, tunnels, airports, subways, streets, sewers, sewage and water treatment plants, water lines or conduits, or other classifications of construction which are commonly known as Heavy, Highway and Utility construction and which has at the time of membership in the Association begins a collective bargaining relationship with a union with which the Association has conducted collective bargaining.
- Associate: any business organization which is engaged in a business which is associated with that portion of the construction industry that is known as Heavy, Highway and Utility Construction.
